Lidbury, Summers & Whiteman (previously trading as Degotardi, Smith & Partners (Forster)) are a long established local survey firm located on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW.

Since its establishment in 1981, the firm has been an integral part of land development in the area. Consulting in surveying, planning and civil engineering, the firm has project managed such major projects as Forster Palms Estate, Cape Hawke Estate and Banksia Gardens Estate. 

Since changing it's name in July 2004, Lidbury, Summers & Whiteman has expanded its business to help establish a solid platform to meet the exciting challenges ahead. With the north coast region becoming more accessible to metropolitan and regional centres along with the need to undertake economically sustainable development, the firm is excited about its ability to meet the needs of its clients for many years to come. 

Managing Director and Registered Surveyor Brian Lidbury has over 37 years experience in surveying, planning and project development, while fellow director and Registered Surveyor Steve Whiteman’s 32 years survey experience including running his own practice for 15 years, has brought with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. The multi-disciplinary staff allow for expertise in many areas, which in turn provides clients with many advantages.
